Export within the EU (intra-Community)
Are you a business with a valid EU VAT number? Then you can buy a motorcycle from us for export to another EU country under the terms of an intra-Community supply (ICS).
What we need from you:
- Valid EU VAT number (checked via VIES)
- Chamber of Commerce extract of your business
- ID or passport of the authorised signatory
- A minimum 10% deposit paid from your business bank account
After verifying the details, we deliver the vehicle without VAT.
Export outside the EU (worldwide)
We also supply motorcycles for export outside Europe. Think of countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, or Albania.
How does it work? You pay the full amount including a 20% VAT deposit. As soon as you provide proof of correct export (such as export documents and deregistration), you'll get the deposit back within 2 weeks.
Please note: we do not arrange transport outside the Netherlands. We provide the export declaration (EX-A); your transport company provides the CMR waybill.
Which documents do you receive?
- The Dutch registration certificate (registration card) of the motorcycle
- The export document OREH part II, together with the registration card. Cost: € 25 including VAT
- We can arrange export number plates for an extra charge; ask for current rates
- An invoice. If you have a valid EU VAT number, this is an invoice with 0% VAT (intra-Community supply). We first check your details for completeness and accuracy.
With these documents you register the motorcycle in your own country. You arrange this yourself. Which taxes apply there, for example excise duty in Poland, differs per country.
Where our buyers come from
We regularly sell to buyers from Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria. All communication can be in English.
We do not arrange transport outside the Netherlands. You collect the motorcycle yourself in Apeldoorn or send a transport company.
